Tecnosoft - Monitoring Systems for Temperature, Humidity and Pressure

Tecnosoft is a system development company working for big third party companies while also steering its own product line with its own brand. We have a lot of experience and a great know-how in the medical and geotechnical industry, having developed and produced data acquisition systems for both markets, in Italy and all around the world, for different leading companies.

In the last six years we have been involved in the design and development of several solutions for temperature and humidity control widely used in the food, pharmaceutical and medical industries. We have solutions for monitoring temperature and humidity with standard data loggers, for temperature during transport, and environment temperature and humidity. We also control the production processes such as pasteurisation and sterilisation.

The main concept of Tecnosoft is to develop solutions for the different applications in the sectors where our customers operate. So, we don't provide the simple logger as it is, instead it always comes with different accessories and software, all studied and designed to satisfy the different needs of each application. In this way, each device might be used with different software and communication interfaces, according to the application the customer needs it for.

Loggers for fridge

Our product line includes loggers for fridge and fridge cells monitoring in the pharmaceutical, laboratory and food market; miniaturised loggers for transport monitoring, widely used in the pharmaceutical logistic companies; temperature for high temperature processes, like sterilisation and pasteurisation, with solutions that allow the user to immediately know if his/her process was correct according to chosen parameters (F0 and Pasteurisation Units calculation).

We also have an important wireless devices range, again, for several applications, provided in different solutions: from environment monitoring, using the FridgeLog advanced software, that lets you also receive email and SMS alarms for out of range temperature and humidity values, to on line control of the production processes, up to 140°C under high pressure in autoclave, with real time alarms on temperature and F0 and PU values.

TS Manager

At Tecnosoft we keep improving our systems, such as adding new features and developing new solutions each year. The brand new software, the TS Manager, is the new system that allows you to manage all Tecnosoft loggers with just one software compatible with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. This new software has been designed for all medical and pharmaceutical operators, from producers to service provider to autoclave validators. Password and login to access the program, multiple start and download of the loggers, multiple processes analysis, printing of reports according to the regulations, electronic signature, and xml export of data.

The TS Manager is the core of the validator's kit, which includes three temperature loggers and one pressure logger. These are all for autoclave monitoring and validation, at a very competitive price.

All of our devices come with a calibration certificate and some have intelligent sensors for a quick and easy recalibration of the whole system without any hidden cost such as un-installation and reinstallation of the devices.

Our temperature and temperature and humidity data loggers are all designed and produced according to CE standards and the management software developed according to our Quality System Management ISO 9001:2000. The software is user friendly, both simple and powerful. The devices are easy to use and don't need much maintenance or installation. They work on a low power to save battery and have a high battery life. The prices are very competitive, yet the overall quality of the products is high.

We also have a strong support system for technical assistance that allows us to solve problems directly via the web, connecting to our customer's PC.
