In collaboration with partners, Hi-Tec Support GmbH are "the service solution provider" for clients in the EU and beyond. We provide service packages in the region which the client wants and at the point in the value chain that meets his requirements.
Hi-Tec-Support (HTS) started with nine employees in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. That number has now grown to 20 and we have additional HTS companies in Turkey, Italy and Lithuania. All our companies are ISO9001 certified.
Hardware client service
We supply a market-oriented and professional hardware client service (including international logistics) to laboratory equipment manufacturers in the analytical and diagnostic medicine and biotechnology market, and in the life sciences sector. HTS offers a professional and profitable service in "no time" without start-up costs, in the desired region and to the appropriate extent. This provides clients with significant market advantages in sales. In regards to resources and processes we are - wherever meaningful and cost-efficient for the stakeholder - "state of the art".
Corporate policy
In order to devote our energy to the benefit of clients, we do not enter into competition with our partners, but look towards success in cooperation. For maximum client benefit, HTS endeavours to maintain the simplest, most efficient structure possible which is understood and accepted by employees and clients, and limits internal reorganisation to a minimum.
We provide such a good service that on average only three revisits per employee per year is necessary. All stakeholders – employees, owners, clients, end clients, partners and the company - profit and are happy working for or with HTS. Profit is one - but not the only - measurement of success. Profit is necessary to guarantee sustainability.

Maintaining objectives
We believe that client feedback is vital as feedback allows us to reach and maintain our objectives over the long term. Adequate priority handling is therefore regulated in a separate chapter in the quality manual in the competence centre section.
